NiTech completes a testing program comparing conventional hot mix asphalt with pelletized hot mix asphalt utilizing the NiPak system of pelletized asphalt. Dr. Jo Daniel at the University of New Hampshire and her staff completed 1 year research program comparing basic parameters of a standard HMA mix design produced by conventional methods vs. using pelletized asphalt added to preheated aggregate.
